With the fork springs from Wilbers you achieve a perfect tuning of your telescopic fork without sagging. In addition, you get an ABE and thus save once again time and money for registrations.

Friction reduction by fine grinding, this is how the ZERO friction is created.
In vibratory finishing, the components to be machined, such as our fork springs, are located in a vibrating container, the so-called trough vibrator, together with a grinding wheel specially adapted for this purpose. The vibrations of the container generate a relative movement between the workpiece and the grinding wheel and, due to the constant rubbing against each other, lead to a smoothing of the component surface. At the end of the processing there is a fine, shiny surface. Especially with our fork springs, this reduction in surface roughness means minimized friction = ZERO friction.
